I search for my trip for a route between Spain and Portugal (I want to travel from Algeciras to Lisbon)
But after the 29.4. he shows me no trains between Spain and Portugal. The weird thing is, he shows me trains in Portugal and Spain after the 29.4. but no Trains between these Countries.
Is this a error or is the data not yet available?

I haven't heard of the local train between Badajoz and Entroncamento stopping. In Spain at least sometimes trains are loaded later (and the "standard" normal time they are available is 2-3 months with Renfe anyway, except some routes where they face competition), particularly if engineering works mean the timetable isn't finalised.
I wouldn't worry too much about it yet.

It seems Portuguese rail only release train times 60 days ahead. Currently the Badajoz to Entrecamento timetable only shows to May 3rd.
