Hey! Was just wondering if anyone had travelled out of the summer season from September - November time, are the hostels still open and busy or do they die down a bit after summer? Particularly in cities such as Prague, Vienna and Budapest.

Just use any of the many bookers sites (booking, hostelworld and others) and it will show the answer.
Esp. in ´East´EUR most main cities have/had 100s of hoStels-and though some have closed due to covid, many stll operate.
TIP: there are also chains that combine hotel and hoStel-these are not always on these sites, but have their own: AO Hostels and Meininger. RECommeneded! Only in big cities
