It’s useless contacting Customer Service as you wait about 2 weeks for a reply and by then it’s too late
It is for Montpellier Saint-Roch (France) to Barcelona-Sants on Friday 8 July at 13.46. I’ve already paid for the seat reservations (x2 for me and travelling companion) but need the paper tickets. The first leg of this journey from Marseilles St Charles to Montpellier Saint-Roch is also paid for but I’ve been sent etickets for that.

thanks for the replies. It seems that I downloaded the Rail Planner app and it defaulted to the eu.com instead of interrail.eu. My pass is Interrail as I’m from the UK so does it make any difference if I’ve booked my seat reservations on the eu.com site (except of course for the fact that I paid in $)?
My mistake, it is actually an Interrail ticket after all. I was just confused as the app is called Eurail.
Will it be a problem if I’ve bought a Eurail pass in error?
Thanks, so as a newbie can I just check then that if no reservation is required and the train is full, I can still get on it albeit I have to stand?
