The Community warns us that we should check train times as train times on the Interrail website are not updated regularly. Rather than check with each national carrier individually, eg OBB, DB, SNCF do you think that The Train Line website is useful please ?
We are travelling with a pass and journey /reservations on each of our smartphones. If one of our phones is broken or lost can the pass details from the lost/broken phone be transferred to the working phone ?
If I reserve and pay for seats on a train through Interrail does the reservation appear on my ticket or do I need to print it off
I will be travelling with my wife. Is it better for each of us to have his/her pass, travel details, tickets etcetera on his/her own smartphone ? Or is is easier to put all our details on only one smartphone please ?

Hi Community, My wife and I booked for first class sleeper (we are paying extra for our 50th wedding anniversary !) on the Nightjet sleeper from Munich to Rome. The Nightjet website shows only 3 one bed cabins available on this train, whereas Interrail Reservations shows only 4-berth first cabins can be reserved. We have to get this particular train as our whole holiday is booked around this journey. Therefore we paid 88euros for 2 tickets. I have asked Interrail (by email) if I need to buy another 88 euros to secure the cabin for occupation by only my wife and me. I need a very quick reply as there are only the 3 cabins available and they may well be booked very soon. My email was sent 3 days ago and I have had no reply. I can understand a delay for routine enquiries but is there a method to contact Interrail for more urgent enquiries please ? Chatbot does not seem to work for me

Hi I/R Community,I am trying to reserve a two berth sleeper compartment on Nightjet Munich to Rome 27th September. Reservation is unclear with Interrail quoting only 88 euros for two places which far too cheap. Any ideas please John Anderson
I have until 1 September 2021 to obtain ticket refund for a trip which should have started 16/06/20. I have asked Interrail for the procedure but they cannot reply for 7 days due to demand which will take me past 1 September. Any advice please? John Anderson
HI, I have sent my interrail passes back to Utrect for refund. They were sent in good time for the 1st September deadline. I registered each of my two packages to be tracked with compensation of £250 for each package. They were held at Dutch Customs until early September pending their contact with Interrail (presumably to confirm contents). British Post Office have now lost contact. Interrail have not responded to my many emails (for the past six weeks). Therefore I do not know if they have received the packages. I therefore cannot claim the Post Office compensation. Interrail’s chat line does not appear to function - at least it disappears as soon as I ask a question, never to be seen again. Any advice welcomed !
