We are travelling with a pass and journey /reservations on each of our smartphones. If one of our phones is broken or lost can the pass details from the lost/broken phone be transferred to the working phone ?

Yes, but only by contacting interrail customer services to de-activate the pass so it can be put on a new device, you can’t do it yourself.
So how do you contact said customer service? I have the same problem but haven't found an email or phone number. Just the statement “contact customer service”
Problem solved. I found the Eurail chatbot and got my pass revoked for m my old device in a few minutes!
