Paper pass number needed for reservation Paris-Nice


Hi! In order to place a reservation for the connection Paris Gare du Lyon - Nice-Ville on the travel.b-europe.com website I need my paper pass number but I currently only have the mobile pass version of the Interrail pass. How can I receive the paper pass number as soon as possible? Many thanks in advance :)

You can book by phone at SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.

 Press #85 for English, no booking fees, reservations are sent via e-mail.

 

The Pass Cover Number you get from Customer Support through this form.

Thanks for your response! Do you know usually if SNCF takes a long time to pick up? I’ve been waiting in the queue for quite some time now..

I guess that SNCF are having a lot to do with the long weekend coming up. I saw that someone else had to wait a very long time too. I hope that you get to talk to someone soon.

Thanks for your response! Do you know usually if SNCF takes a long time to pick up? I’ve been waiting in the queue for quite some time now..

I called an hour ago, and I have waited for about 15-20 minutes before someone picked the call, and I have been hung up 2-3 times before there’s someone picking up my call

It seems a reservation by phone is not possible without a credit card (which I don’t have) and I still haven’t received my paper pass number from customer support… does anyone by any chance know any other option?
