Exchange discount Global Pass

Hi, my name is Victoria. I bought a three months Global Pass for 50 % discount but I am now unable to fully use it. Therefore I wish to exchange it for a “4 days within 1 month” Global Pass.

On the interrail page it says, that normal exchange and refund rules might not apply to tickets bought on sale. Has anybody had any experience with this or could anyone tell me if exchanges just work normally (full reimbursement minus 15 € exchange fee)?

Best regards,

Victoria

Sorry-but these very heavily discounted tickets are non-ref/non-exch etc. As is also quite clearly stated in the added conditions-just read. And you had to acknowledge that just before paying.

Same as those dirt-cheap airline tix: no good, money gone. Cut your losses by using it as much as you still can. And-assuming yet another confused Brit; IF wanted to do it all on rials=means €* DO book asap-half the forum is filled by people who were/are unable to find seats for passholders lately
