I'm planning to travel through Europe by train by using 50% discount that interrail provides. Can I get that discount although I'm not European and my country is not in Europe?

Turkey is part of Interrail. Eurail is wrong for you.

YOU CAN even use it for the trip OUT and IN-on the very few services that TCDD still runs-this summer an overnight to Sofia, with a few cars to Bucuresti.

You could even start in Ankara and use the hi-speed to IST that day. TCDD could even sell the passes to you formerly in the Hayderpasa and Sirkeci estasyonler in IST. No diea if they still do that.
