To save my inbound and outbound can I break my journey and partly go on my expense?

Aditya Joshi

Hi,

I am a resident of Germany, so in order to save my in country travel limit(not use it now) and use my global pass to break my journey such that from munich to border of station of Austria i go on (my expense) then take a train from Austria which goes to Paris (Case 1:via Germany(no change within Germany or Case2: has train change in between cities in Germany) will this trip valid  considering the cases mentioned ,on my interracial global pass?

If the train passes Germany that will count as both an inbound and outbound journey, no matter if you change trains or not, so you will have to find a route that doesn't go through Germany.
