We bought two interrail tickets with my girlfriend. We are currently in Germany now but we are residences of Turkey. We bought the tickets from allaboard.eu and now we see the inbound/outbound rule while trying to book trips and we realized our residence country shows Germany. We want to change it to Turkey. Can it be done in one afternoon? How much does it takes? We want to start travelling tomorrow and we already book hostels. Please help us!!

allaboard.eu with best customer support contacted with eurail and changed our residence country without doing any exchange things that mentioned above. problem solved.
You need to, if possible, make an exchange of the passes at the place where you bought the passes. Otherwise you can buy a 9 EUR ticket in Germany and travel free on all regional trains in Germany.
Yes but we want to travel with interrail tickets and we have to get out Germany first and get in again to travel other places. Sometimes with 9 euro ticket it is impossible. We were in germany while purchasing the tickets and we wrote germany by mistake. We didnt know about this inbound/outbound rule so we are stuck now. There is no interrail live support too.
