Change to use the ticket for longer time?

Julia Turtinen

Hi, I am regretting I did not buy 2 months since it was only 20 euros more when I bought. I am wondering if it is still possible to change this 1 month continuous pass for 2 months continuos pass.. Or I would just have to buy a new pass after this time ends?

If you haven’t started using it yet then you can exchange for a longer pass for a €15 exchange fee.

You need to buy a new pass. You can't prolong a pass.

To make an exchange you need to have a pass with conditions that allow an exchange.

If you bought the pass during the sale in May, then the pass is non refundable and non exchangeable.

Passes purchased during the promotion in May are unfortunately non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Passes that have already been activated are also unfortunately no longer eligible for an exchange/refund. You can view our full policy here.
