Hi, I tried to book a reservation on interrail website but because of technical issues I didn't get any reservation (it doesn't appear on the website and I've got an email saying that they had a problem) even though the system took my money.
Is it possible to have a refund?

You will have to contact customer services for issues such as this.
It is possible that as the booking failed the payment was pre-authorised but not completed, if not cancelled or completed it will automatically revert to your account after some time, usually a few days.
