Is it possible to change our mobile pass to paper pass?

@Nanja  answered a similar questions few weeks ago :)
The only way would be to cancel your mobile passes and buy then PaperPasses :/ a direct exchange was according her answer not possible.

What is the issue why you wanna move to the paperpass? Maybe the community have some tips or advices how the handle it.

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers

As seewulf explained, it is indeed not possible to have a direct exchange. If you want to go for an exchange you will need to request a refund for your mobile Pass via your account and place a new order for a paper Pass. Cheers :relaxed:
