I now want to change the interrail pass for having more traveldays. Can I transmit my bookings and connections into an other pass, by exchange them?

Perhaps you can help me byexchanging from Sweden Interrail Pass 3 days to Sweden interrail pass for 5 days? So I have to pay the additionally 15€ for the exchance and 20€ more for the pass itself?

No, if you have already used some days, this is not possible.

IF not, then you have to cancel the old one and get refund (not possible on all types) and then buy a new one with more days
