I am wanting to get in touch with customer service to answer a question. I have provided a screenshot of the information on your page when I try and book a reservation on a train from Breclav to Krakow glowny of the 4th of January. It states that the reservations may be full for pass holders. I am a pass holder so how can I book a reservation? Thank you

I just tried on the Czech railways website and it seems the train is not open for booking yet for dates from 12 December (start of the new timetable). Just try again later. 4 January is in the middle of the week, so not particularly busy.
By the way, the reservation via Czech railways is about half the price and can be sent via email.
