My paper pass didn't arrive. How do I change it to a mobile Pass?

I ordered my paper pass like 45 day ago and it hasn´t arrive yet, i start my travel in 5 days! so i need to solve the problem immediately, do you know if i can change my pass to a mobile one??? please i´m really worried 😭

This is the 3th time i buy an eurail paper pass and is the first time it happens to me😣

You need to contact Customer Support and you can use this form. You need to clearly state that your request is very urgent.

You need to contact Customer Support and you can use this form. You need to clearly state that your request is very urgent.

Do mention your start date. Just "urgent” is not enough because people have very different opinions about what is urgent...

Anyone with other ideas? i havent had an answer yet! i´m really worried, i leave on wensday from my country home.

What is the status of you order on your Eurail-account? Have you received any tracking information for the delivery?

I have ordered an Interrail paper pass that is due to be delivered in about one week and this is the information I can see on my account.

@AnnaB This is the info that i have, i made the purchase 40 day ago and the pass was sent 30 days ago, i have the tracking numer but it says that still on the way.

Ok. I hope that you get a reply from Customer Support soon or better that the pass is in your mail today.

Thank you @AnnaB !! they already answered, they say i have to buy the passes again and ask for a refund 😫😭😭 is a lot of money
