In order to add the ticket I bought to my visa file, I need a pdf format with my personal information and payment information on it. I could not find any information about my ticket anywhere on the site. I can only reach e-ticket from the incoming mail, but this is not enough. How can I download my ticket in pdf format? Can anyone help?

After you have paid for your pass, you should have received a confirmation email with a PDF invoice attached. If that is not the case, you can go to your Interrail account, and there to the Order overview. There you can view your PDF invoice online (and download it) or resend the confirmation email.

The ticket itself is not available in PDF format. It is available as a paper pass or a mobile pass. A paper pass you could scan. From a mobile pass, you could take screenshots.
