I booked several reservations worth 72€ yesterday and got a confirmation email. The money already left my account, however, I am unable to access the e-tickets for the reservations. The reservation overview view says “You currently have no reservations”. Does anyone know what the issue could be or whether I can get my money back? Since the first train is tomorrow lunch, I’d really appreciate a fast reply
