Please tell me in some I found Eurail pass (BE) & (BB) what does that mean ?
BB is the code for the limited number of cheaper seat reservations in France for 2nd class.
BE is the code for regular seat reservations in France for 2nd class.
(In France, you may get cheaper reservations for 10 € per person. If these are sold out, the reservation does cost 20 € per person.)

No it is not fake.
www.b-europe.com is the international booking portal of the Belgian state railway company.
It is also safe to say that a poster who has over 400 replies on here advising other users knows more than enough to not link to fake/scam websites.
