Hello! I have made a trip on my account and added a friend as a traveler while making all my reservations and travel days. Do I need to connect their pass to it? Their pass had been activated and I have shared my trip to their account but they won’t connect. Should I not have activated their pass?

Hello! When making reservations, you should first log into your account and create a Trip and add the travelers that will be going on this trip. After this is complete, you should be able to search for reservations and select which travelers you wish to make a reservation for. You don't need to activate your Passes to make reservations.
