How to buy another child pass

Hello, we are a family of 5 people ( our children are 19, 16 and 10 ) we already bought our 5 passes.

We need to buy another pass for a 9 years old child who will travel with us. Is it possible ?

As far as I know, you can only do that by doing an exchange:

Of course that does mean that your pass must be exchangeable. Promotional passes are not always.

If the conditions of your pass allows you need to exchange one of the adult passes for an adult pass and a free child's pass.

Please note that I don't work for Interrail/Eurail and that I don't reply to personal messages.

Thank you everyone for your answers. We managed to resolve our problem by exchanging one of the adult pass for an adult pass + a free child pass.
