Activate Paper Global Pass Gare Du Nord

Can anyone please tell me how to activate my

PAPER Global Pass at Gare du Nord?

I was directed to 4 different offices

and no one activated the pass.

What should I request at the SCNF ticket

office?
My Thalys Train leaves today and I have seat reservations and QR Code.  Thanks much!

All they have to do is fill in the validity period and stamp it, station ticket offices should still have a stamp for validating official documents and such.
