Hey:) so some friends and I want to go from Zurich to Palermo by train. We saw that there was a train from Milan to Palermo, so we thought we could take it as a night train, which would count as one day.
Now that we are planning in the app the only options that show up all have 4-8 connections and some don’t include the ferry (which the train goes on)
Can someone tell me if it’s even possible to take the night train from Milan to Palermo with interrail? Should I ask an Italian train office?

Yes, there’s a daily direct night train from Milan, which goes on the ferry. What date are you looking for? If it’s far in the future, it may not be loaded in the timetable yet.
