Stolen Phone! Travelling on Monday, no shops are open to buy a new one

Hi there,

My phone was stolen and I still have one trip left. I need to use this trip on monday evening or tuesday early morning, as I have a fixed work related event at my next destination. This means that I have no time to buy a new phone as all the shops are closed until tuesday, because of easter…

What can I do?? Is there a way to generate the pass through a laptop? Or to print it somehow? The trip is from Vienna to Darmstadt. I will not have access to a phone.

You need a phone or tablet to move the pass to. It is not possible to generate a ticket any other way. If you're travelling with somebody else, you can also move it to their phone.
