Hi,
I’m traveling from the U.S. in 2 weeks and have the 7 trips in a month global Eurail pass but cannot seem to reserve seats online. Is this an issue I’d like to book ahead so I can be safe? If not will I be able to reserve seats in person? Any help I could get would be great! Thanks.

Seat reservations in the UK cannot be bought on eurail.com.
They are optional (Rail Planner is wrong) and free of charge so please do not pay anything for them ! You can use gwr.com for all trains and lner.com (for LNER trains only with a seat map). Have a look at :

Not traveling in UK but still having difficulty reserving a seat and paying extra fee. Also cannot figure out how to book sleeper car from Krakow to Berlin

+6I don’t think there is any sleeper from Krakow to Berlin.
I believe you can make reservations for the daytime EC via the Eurail reservations service, but they have to mail the reservations to you. You can also do it at the station in Poland.
