Kan je een nog niet geactiveerde global pass ruilen als je de pass cover number al hebt gebruikt voor een reservering?

Sorry voor de lange titel…

Kan ik mijn nog niet geactiveerde global pass inruillen voor een Black Friday-pass, ook als ik het global pass number van de pas al gebruikt heb voor reserveringen bij Eurostar? Ik heb een vermoeden van wel, maar heb (natuurlijk) liever geen problemen wanneer ik reis…

You can exchange your original Pass if the conditions allow it. Please keep in mind that if you buy a Black Friday promotion Pass, this needs to be activated on the 1st of June latest, thus the standard activate up to 11 months after purchase does not apply.

As @thibcabe indicates, reservations are tied to the name of the passenger and not the Pass number.

You can exchange passes but there is a 15€ fee and I’m not sure they would let you buy a cheaper pass…

Reservations are tied to a person and not a pass number so that doesn’t matter.
