Can I add a Eurostar seat reservation to a future Eurail pass?

I’ll be travelling in Europe in July/.August 2024 but I don’t know my exact dates yet so I am not sure which Eurail pass to buy
The only thing I know 100% for sure is I want to go on Eurostar from Paris to London on August 20

Can I buy that ticket now - and later include it in a new Eurail pass?
thanks :)

That's no problem at all.

You may book a reservation here https://static.b-europe.com/EN/Interrail (with a fee) or here https://www.raileurope.com (desktop version; without fee) but you need to create a fake pass number (e.g. I11111111).

BTW: You won't book a ticket, just a mandatory reservation. But you need to know which class of travel you'll go (1st or 2nd). If you'll buy a 2nd class railpass later, you can't go 1st class.

The reservations and your railpass (that's your ticket) are not linked anyway; you just need to have both.
