I deactivated my pass yesterday as I want to change the starting date of the pass. After the deactivation, I reactivated it again and renewed the starting day as 7/2/2024. However, when I want to make a seat reservation for the train on 7/2/2024, the sentence “Your Pass isn’t valid on this date” appears. May I know how to deal with this problem? Thank you so much!

It takes some time for the activation date to be synchronised with your online account.

However:

  1. It's not necessary to activate your pass (or even have a pass) to make reservations. It's actually not a good idea to activate in advance.
  2. There are often more reliable and cheaper places to book reservations, see this page:

If that doesn't work for you, then please mention route, date and departure time of trains you'd like to book.
