I'd like to ask because I want to book an Eurail Pass seat but it doesn't work. If you try to book a seat without logging in, it will pop up as shown in the picture below
but, Log in to the account where you registered your pass and click on the seat reservation and it disappears like the picture. So I can't make a reservation. Does anyone know the solution?

Just book your seat elsewhere. That will also be cheaper. Use this page as a guide:
