Broken phone. Need a Pass transfer to new device


My mobile phone is broken and I can not add my pass in my other device because it is already in my broken phone. I would like to know if there is a possibility to disconnect my account on my previous mobile so I can use it here, I need to take a train in 2h so it is really urgent please help me

If you need to disconnect your pass from your broken phone you must get help from Customer Support. You can use this form:

You have to write that you need urgent help as you are currently travelling.
