We want to purchase a seat reservation but the journey does not show

Hello, we would like to buy a seat reservation but the site does not want to show us our planned trip. how do we proceed?
We would also like to ask about train tickets on mobile. we entered them into the mobile application, are they valid from now on? or do we need to do something else?

Hey,

Reservation service is not connected with the app. You show your reservation on PDF on your Phone or printing it. Sometimes they send it by postal mail. It depends from the train company. 

 

Your ticket is the pass on the app, you have to activate the trip before entering the train. I strongly reccomend to not do it before boarding, because if you change ideas you have to cancel it on the app and you could forget it and you use a day without using it.
