This is the private message I got and I followed both links to do the reservation seat. It worked with me but not with my husband. All I'm trying to do is to book 2 reservation seats to either Amsterdam central or Brussels the day is 2/08/22 in the morning.

Thanks. So if I am correct that is b-europe that says that the PCN is invalid?

You can call  b-europe and make the reservation. No need of Pass Cover Number.

The phone call is rather expensive.

How did you get the Pass Cover Number? From a paper pass, from Customer Support or from the PCN generator?

From the PCN generator

Ok. Did you get a valid number and your husband didn't?

Where did you try to make a reservation with the PCN?

Hi, I asked here in the forum and someone gave me a link where to create this code. I use the same link for my husband and me. Why is it that difficult to get this thing done? I mean we'll probably loose any chance to get a reservation seat because I keep waiting for an answer.

I know that you created the PCN through the PCN generator.

I would need to know what web site that said that your husband's PCN was invalid. I can hopefully forward the information to Eurail staff and then I need as much information as possible.

What route do you want to make a reservation for? There are usually several ways to make reservations, also those who don't require PCN.

This is the private message I got and I followed both links to do the reservation seat. It worked with me but not with my husband. All I'm trying to do is to book 2 reservation seats to either Amsterdam central or Brussels the day is 2/08/22 in the morning.

"Seats are available for that service.

If you have a mobile pass, get your pass cover number from here:

https://www.interrail.eu/en/book-reservations#/generatePassCoverNumber

Then book your Eurostar journey here:

I suggest that you also report this error to Customer Support.

You can also enter I11111111 as the PCN. It won't be printed on th reservation anyway.

Will it be ok to book using that number as the PCN? have you done it before?

It won't be printed on the reservation so nobody can see what number you entered. And yes, people have used it before.
