problems with home country travel outbound counted as inbound as well

Two of us are traveling on an interrail global mobile pass. We left Scotland on the 11.40 Caledonia sleeper, but one pass prompted a change of start date for this journey. So that person used both out and inbound home country travel, and cannot get back to London from Brussels in a fortnight. Both people have seat reservations. Can anyone advise on how to deal with this?

It seems the phone app thought the start date and time were 1140 CET not BST.

You will need to contact customer service with your information and see if they can correct it. Be sure to say you are currently travelling and include your pass number in the heading.

Exactly what trains (date and time) have you boarded in the UK so far?
