It is our first time to use Eurail pass. After put schedule into the “Planner” in the app, there is no “Search” button under the “Filters”. So it is impossible to see the timetable and choose the departure time. What should I do with this situation? Thank you

It might be useful to keep in mind that the rail planner app needs at least Android 6.0 or iOS 13.0 and later to be able to function properly. Other things that might be hindering app functionality is your device settings. Please set your calendar to Gregorian and timezone on ‘automatic'. If the error persists, please enable app error logging in the app's settings and get in touch with our customer service team using this link: https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new.
