Is it possible to use the two home country days on a Global Interail Pass for two outward (Eurostar) journeys, provided passholder reservations are bought?

We have Global Interail Passes (2 Months).

We would like to take two trips starting in the UK, going out in different directions and flying back to the UK.  We would therefore have two ‘outbound’ home country travel days and zero ‘homeward bound’ home country travel days.  Is this allowed?  All the text refers to one outward home country day and one inward home country day.

The two inbound outbound travel days allow for unlimited travel in your home country. So yes, you can use it for two outbound Eurostar Journeys.
