Paper Ticket, Mobile Pass from Germany to Poland

Clara Valadão

Hello,

We are five students who have the Global Pass and want to go to Poland from 23th to 26th of March. We have seen that we have to book a seat on 2 of the trains that we want to get.

The problem is that the web page only gives us the option of delivering the tickets to us by post mail and even doing it more than two weeks in advance, when we enter our address (in Germany) the web sais that they calculate that the tickets will not arrive on time.

What can we do about it? Is it possible to ask someone to scan it for us to print it? Or send it to the hotel that we’ll be guests at?

For the international trains Germany-Poland it's best to book them at a German ticket office or via DB by phone (and then collect at a DB ticket machine). Polish domestic trains can be booked online on the PKP IC website.

For more specific information, please mention route, date and departure time of any trains you want to book.

I think you would be able to get the reservation in person at a station in Germany.

What route are the reservations for? Normally there are several ways to make reservations.
