La Speza to Parma

Google Maps shows a train running from La Speza to Parma- the trip takes about 2.5 hours

BUT when I try to book with Eurail the site insists I travel via Genoa, and the trip will be 6 or 7 hours.

So despite what Google is telling me there are NO direct trains from La Speza to Parma (on a Sunday) ??

There are multiple daily trains, also on Sundays, between La Spezia and Parma, taking two hours.

They do also appear railplanner app, but they might not have these timetables very far ahead. Don't worry, they will probably appear later.

You should use neither to plan journeys.

For Italy, check www.trenitalia.com.
