Hello, me and my friend are traveling on the night train from Budapest to Bucharest, the ticket person came and checked our e-tickets and took our paper seat reservation tickets but he never gave them back.
Is he supposed to take and keep hold of our seat reservation tickets or are we supposed to get them back? He didn't speak our language and promptly then left down the train.
