Hello, I hope someone can help me. If I try to make a seat reservation on the interrail website , always they said that's isn't possible.
Is it possible to do it in the CFR app or website?

Hello! Usually you can request them locally at the train station. Don't forget to show your Interrail Pass to pay only for the reservation if necessary and not the full fare ticket.

In theorie sinds heel kort wel, in praktijk gaat het je niet lukken-je kent vast geen RO en veelal valt die site toch terug in normale kaartjes. Al sinds jaar+dag moet elke lange afstandstrein in RO worden RES- dus ieder is daar aan gewend. Tot voor heel kort ging dat vaak nog met de hand van grote lijsten die telefonies werden doorgegeven.
Op de hoofdlijnen in RO rijden naast de staats CFR=de enige die IR neemt, ook diverse private andere treinen die niet echt duur zijn, maar wel betaald moeten worden. Zijn vaak stukken beter als de (ahum) nogal aftandse versleten gevandaliseerde treintjes van CFR (cheh-feh-reh).
Maar in de praktijk kunnen newbee IRers niet denken en melden nooit de echt nodige gegevens-het zal vast wel een INTern trein betreffen.
