Reservation issue: not enough time to get paper ticket

Hi there! Maybe someone can help me out!

I want to travel to Barcelona on August 8th. Therefore I need a reservation for the train from Paris - Barcelona. Unfortunately that’s not an e-ticket, but a paper ticket… Since it takes at least 6 business days to send it out I’m a bit stuck…

My question is:
1. What is your experience with this? I was hoping to just get an email which I could print out…
2. Is it possible to make a reservation on the 8th at Paris-station for this train?

Hi there, paper tickets are sent by mail only. If that is not an option for you due to the time of delivery, you can book your reservation locally, at a ticket desk or self-service machine in French train stations. Enjoy your trip! Cheers,
