Hello! I booked a 15 day first class mobile Eurail pass which will be valid in late October when I arrive in Germany. That being said, I don’t have much of an itinerary -- I’ll be in Frankfurt and Cologne for a few days, but otherwise, I hope that I can be spontaneous to some extent. So -- How hard is it to schedule a train, day of travel, for a route like Frankfurt → Cologne, for example? Do I need to reserve ahead of time?
If I want to go to the other countries serviced by Deutsche Bahn, like parts of Northern Italy and Austria via Munich, how do I go about scheduling that in the app?
