I with an Italy first class pass do I have access to the first class lounges?

No you don't as far as I can see:

https://www.trenitalia.com/en/services/high_speed_lounges/freccialounge.html

Italy is not in the list on the Benefits portal either:

https://benefitsportal.eurail.com/?categories=8c700c62-f2bd-4ef0-9316-448c24142648
