can't get the app to work and I can't access the eurail website from my phone

I can't seem to activate my eurail pass using the app, it keeps saying there's an issue and try again later. Then when I try to access the eurail website from my phone it says "You are not allowed to access this page. HTTP error 403" I don't know what to do.

  1. At which exact step or after which action do you see the error (activation has 3 steps)? Do you have a screenshot?
  2. Please check the device settings.
  3. Please check the app version: go to More and scroll to the bottom. It should be 30.7.1 (iPhone) or 30.7.0 (Android). Please update if you have a lower version.
  4. If nothing works, then check this article and then contact customer service here:
