travelling from Milan to Zermat  and then back again using regional trains On the zermatt to

Milan trip I will be going throughAndermatt,Chur and Tirano. Should I get a eurail pass for that or is there some other rail pass to use Thanks

If the trip from Milan to Zermatt and back is the only trip you're going to make, a pass might be a bit too much of a stretch - especially considering Italian regional trains are fairly cheap (to & from the border). Compare prices on sbb.ch from Domodossola to Zermatt and from Zermatt to Tirano (be aware default prices assume you own a half fare discount card); regional trains in Italy (Milan-Domodossola and Tirano-Milan) on trenitalia.com. Depending on your trip timing, a saver day ticket will likely be cheaper; SBB will show you that as well.

Hello @ds605

No, I suggest to purchase tickets on sbb.ch. Saver Day Passes or Supersaver Tickets may be available depending of the date of travel. You can first check the prices and compare them with an Eurail Pass.

PS Sorry, I didn’t see the other answer.

Do note that Zermatt - St. Moritz - Milan takes over 13h. The scenery will start to blur in your mind after all these hours... You'll also miss Lake Como by travelling during darkness.

I'd really suggest spending a night or two in the Engadin area. :)
