Pass on broken phone

My phone with the eurail pass on it broke. The app on my extra phone says I can't add the pass on two devices, how can I delete the pass without having to use the broken phone? The customer support send me to the Facebook and the Facebook message AI send me to this group.

https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new only what you can do so fare is fill this form and write as subject Mpass on broken phone :) or write your email to @Nanja  as Private message so that she can inform the Support department :)
