Hi I am Neçirvan from Turkey. I saw that Interrail is doing a 50% off discount for the passes and I wanted to ask if can non-European citizens,in my case from Turkey, can benefit from the discount.

Turish citizen like you still qualify for Interrail. Interrail is even valid in Turkey.
Russian, Ukraine and even some Citizen of North Africa are able to buy Interrail even they are not in the Validity area to travel there with Interaril.

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer.
