Eurail won't let us reserve a round trip train from Naples to Catania (or anywhere in Sicily) in November 2023. It actually won’t accept any date after August 4, 2023. Are there no trains running to Sicily after August 4th, or is it too soon to reserve a train, and we will need to wait a few weeks to book for November? We have the 8 day pass and two travel days available for this round trip. Thank you!

To have an idea of what's available, just look at the timetables of this summer, on the same day of the week.
Reservations for Italian day trains are best made on tickets.oebb.at: add the Interrail/Eurail discount and then select "One-way tickets” (NOT reservation only).
