Hi, i plan to do the Camino to Santiago de Compestella in September and travel afterwards to Portugal (and eventually return home to the Netherlands). Since i've never traveld with interrail before, what kind of ticket would i need (and what's the best route)?

Count how many pass days you might need for this journey, maybe get a slightly longer pass for flexibility.

Mandatory seat reservations are frequent in France, even more in Spain. You shoulf budget for them, some international routes also need to be booked well in advance.
