Can I use the Eurail Pass in the morning and use the OBB train or
Czech train on the same day night?
For example, if from Milan to Chur,use Eurail Pass early in the day and from Chur to prague makes a reservation using Eurail Pass

also i booked from Wien to Paris by Eurail Pass on the OBB app
and I received the train tickets on OBB by email

On a travel day, you can use as many trains of participating companies as you like.
Your pass is your ticket. You can make reservations wherever you like. Reservations are completely separate from the pass. If they're mandatory, you need to show them both at ticket inspection. If reservations are optional, as is often the case in Austria and Czechia, then ticket inspectors aren't interested in the reservations.
