Issue - wrong class reservations on italian trains

In the topic “Issue - Facing difficulties to make reservations in Italy”, you said that you would contact Support on the problem of 1st class reservations being issued for Trenitalia trains when 2nd class were ordered.

Do you have any news on this please?

I have several reservations this problem applies to. I emailed support for help nearly 2 weeks ago but no reply yet. 

any help please?

Hello, this issue was known to us and all clients with failed prereservations have been emailed and refunded.

2 weeks with no reply from support to email

I need to know urgently if this can be fixed or not.

If not i can try to re-book elsewhere while i wait for refund. 

if it can be fixed please re-assure me that this can happen.

I checked on the OBB site and at least one of the trains i booked has now sold out in 2nd class

I cannot wait any longer for this problem to be fixed so I have now booked trains through OBB instead.  I have emailed support requesting a refund for the incorrect bookings.
